1:00 p.m. Economic Development and Small Business Assistance — moderated by Vice Mayor Bob Woerner and featuring updates from Marlow Schindler from the U.S. Small Business Administration, Livermore Office of Innovation and Economic Development Director Adam Van de Water, Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce CEO and President Dawn Argula, and Livermore Downtown Inc. Executive Director Rachael Snedecor.
